Job summary

The Fleet Technician role at Coke Northeast involves performing repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on diesel and gasoline trucks, trailers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and cars to ensure safe, compliant operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of auto mechanics and heavy equipment repair experience.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Driving record that meets company policy required.
• Must be able to supply automotive hand tools.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications.
• Demonstrated automotive, mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of the methods, equipment and techniques used in vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 50+ pounds and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and perform repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Test equipment to ensure proper functioning and performance.
• Respond to service calls and complete required paperwork.
