Job summary

Hansel Ford Lincoln is launching a new Fleet Center in Santa Rosa and seeks skilled Fleet Technicians to help establish the operation. The role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing fleet vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and uptime, using state-of-the-art tools and training.

The position offers hourly pay between $33.80 and $55.00, plus bonus plans based on experience, certifications, and performance.

Qualifications

Experience as automotive, diesel, medium-duty, heavy-duty, or fleet technician.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to perform repairs and maintenance with a high level of workmanship.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs preferred.
Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on fleet vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance-related concerns.
Identify necessary repairs and maintenance services.
Accurately estimate repair needs and document findings.
Complete repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and fleet standards.
Document all services, repairs, and maintenance performed.
