Job summary

PepsiCo in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a maintenance technician to keep our fleet on the road. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support day-to-day repairs on delivery vehicles during a night shift from 4pm to 12:30am, Tuesday through Saturday.

This role requires a CDL Class A, a valid driver’s license, strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment. Sign-on bonus and full benefits apply.

Qualifications

• You must hold a valid CDL Class A license.
• You must be able to lift 50 pounds or more and work in tight spaces.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with a crew and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, including diagnosing issues and performing preventative maintenance.
• Work with experienced mechanics on complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Return vehicles to the traffic center and manage parts with available systems.
• Build vendor relationships for parts estimates and outside labor.
