Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking OTR Team Truck Drivers to operate long‑haul tractors from Temple and join a competitive pay program with industry‑leading benefits. You will earn weekly pay, with sign‑on, safety, and referral bonuses, plus comprehensive health, retirement, and other perks.

Qualifications

• Hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred or willing to obtain after hire.
• 1+ year interstate OTR experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a DOT physical and substance screening.
• No major accidents or moving violations in 3 years (case-by-case).

Responsibilities

• Operate long-haul trucks on assigned routes from Temple.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.
• Deliver goods on schedule with regular, weekly home time.
