Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces is hiring for OTR TEAM TRUCK DRIVERS in Temple, TX. We offer competitive weekly pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career growth. We’re seeking candidates with CDL-A, hazmat/tanker endorsements preferred, and at least 1 year of interstate OTR experience. DOT physical and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• CDL class A required.
• Hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred, or willing to obtain after hire.
• 1+ year interstate OTR experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a DOT physical and substance screening.
• Criminal history considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate interstate routes as part of an OTR team.
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations.
• Communicate with fleet team to optimize routes and schedules.
• Ensure safe driving practices and on-time deliveries.
