Responsibilities
Service and maintain the fleet of vehicles.
Maximize uptime for field operations fleet by implementing rapid response and preventative programs.
Provide on-site support, as needed, and organize applicable travel.
Install upgrades of hardware and software on existing fleet vehicles, as required.
Learn all aspects of the ARAN subsystems and implement rapid diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Assist in the repair and maintenance of field operations equipment and spare parts.
Help maintain Fleet Operations spare parts inventory.
Provide preventative maintenance forecasting for vehicle chassis and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Provide support to field operations staff, both email and telephone, when on and off schedule, as needed.
Provide training to Field Operators on Roadware hardware and software products.
Provide feedback and corrective actions to other departments.
Maintain proper documentation of fleet operation information and logs.
Participate and meet requirement of HSE training.
Ensure accordance to company standards, industry standards, QHSSE policy and local regulations.
