Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Support Coordinator to coordinate fleet repairs, invoicing, warranty claims, and remote diagnostics to maximize uptime for our customers. This role offers a Waukesha, WI or Wadsworth, IL work location with a Monday–Friday 11:00 a.m.

– 8:00 p.m. shift and an on-call weekend rotation. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in a heavy-duty truck environment, solid organizational skills, and proficiency with Google Apps, along with a valid driver's license and a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related work experience required.
• 3+ years experience as a technician or Service Advisor in a heavy duty truck environment.
• Intermediate Google Apps or related computer skills required.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair processes across fleets to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Review and invoice repair orders, issue purchase orders, and ensure accurate billing.
• Assist dealers and customers with warranty repairs for prompt resolution.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and participate in on-call weekend rotation.
• Track remote diagnostic systems and educate dealer staff and customers on tools.
• Analyze maintenance data and manage costs across fleet service activities.
• Collaborate with dealership personnel, service technicians, and internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity (Job Purpose):

As a Fleet Support Coordinator you will work with dealership personnel, outside repair facilities, and customers to assist with fleet management and to maximize customer uptime and costs. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Manage Fleet Repairs & Uptime: Coordinate repair processes across assigned, lease/rental, used, and external fleets to minimize operational downtime and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle Invoicing, Billing & POs: Review and invoice repair orders, issue purchase orders, research unit repair histories, and ensure accurate billing practices per industry and company standards.
• Oversee Warranty Claim Resolution: Assist dealers and customers with warranty repairs to ensure the prompt and efficient resolution of warranty claims.
• Provide Breakdown & Emergency Support: Assist customers and dealership personnel with emergency breakdown support, including participating in an on-call weekend rotation.
• Monitor Remote Diagnostics & Educate Users: Track remote diagnostic systems (e.g., Smartlinq) to proactively identify fleet issues, and educate dealer staff and customers on diagnostic tools.
• Analyze Repair Data & Manage Costs: Review repair recommendations, analyze maintenance data, and manage cost-efficiency across all fleet service activities.
• Drive Cross-Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Partner with dealership personnel, service technicians, and internal teams to streamline vehicle reconditioning, resolve process challenges, and optimize service delivery.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

• High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of related work experience required.
• 3+ years experience as a technician or Service Advisor in a heavy duty truck environment.
• Intermediate Google Apps or related computer skills required.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
