You will verify documents, manage fleet readiness, handle add-ons, and coordinate with service partners to keep operations smooth. The role offers up to 40 hours per week with flexible shifts and a starting wage of $25.50 per hour. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, and exclusive employee rentals.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience (1+ year) with sales, service or hospitality background.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities for fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers with a professional, friendly attitude and direct them to stations while maintaining a smooth front-of-house flow.
• Verify documents, check licenses, assist customers in selecting vehicles, and process exchanges.
• Offer add-ons (prepaid fuel, toll passes) and explain charges with receipts.
• Inspect returned vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage; advise on final charges.
• Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare vehicles for rental, update inventory systems, and ensure belongings are removed from returns.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You welcome every customer with a professional, friendly attitude, directing them to appropriate stations and maintaining efficient flow while ensuring a clean, organized front-of-house presence that reflects SIXT's premium brand standards
• You verify customer documents, check driver's license validity, and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle while handling exchanges to meet business needs
• You offer additional products and services such as prepaid fuel and toll passes, address customer questions and concerns, and finalize rental agreements by confirming documents and explaining charges with accurate receipts
• You complete return transactions by inspecting rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage, advising customers on final charges while discreetly handling findings and directing issues to appropriate channels
• You perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, coordinate with dealerships and body shops for repairs, and schedule maintenance while obtaining estimates and generating purchase orders
• You prepare new vehicles for rental by adding documentation, decals, and tags, enter them into the inventory system, oversee vehicle disposal preparation, and ensure personal belongings are removed from returned vehicles

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Customer Service You have at least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally with a background in sales, service, or hospitality, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experience
• Organization & Analysis You are highly organized with strong analytical abilities, capable of managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation while delivering data-driven insights
• Education & Licensing You hold a high school diploma or GED, are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and are authorized to work in the United States
• Technical Skills You possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
• Communication & Teamwork You have excellent communication skills and thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment, coordinating effectively across departments with a positive attitude
• Schedule Flexibility You can work up to 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts and weekend shifts
