• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or relevant leadership experience required.
• CDL fleet experience and knowledge of EOS, Lean, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a productive, safe and effective team of delivery drivers and onsite movers.
• Provide coaching, set expectations on delivery standards and ensure compliance with processes.
• Develop and sustain core processes to deliver high-quality plants and flowers.
• Complete quarterly performance reviews and maintain DOT compliance.
