Job summary

MTM Transit in Sebring, FL is hiring for a Supervisor, Fleet. This role ensures fleet operations meet standards and regulatory requirements, maintains vehicle appearance, and tracks lifecycle and inventory.

You will oversee maintenance programs, respond to incidents, and provide leadership to drivers. You will coordinate preventative maintenance, inspect vehicles, and generate reports on route performance to help improve service for customers and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a leadership or supervisory role; 2+ years preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• No suspensions, DUI, or more than 1 citation in 5 years.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Experience working with senior citizens or persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor passenger feedback on service and safety.
• Ensure driver coverage for routes and monitor on-time performance.
• Oversee fleet maintenance program.
• Coordinate data collection at accidents/incidents.
• Assist with accident determination and driver questions.
• Provide management with route and schedule efficiency reports.
• Perform vehicle inspections and enter mileage for PM tracking.
• Ensure Preventative Maintenance is current with Cetaris.
