Job summary

State of Colorado, Canon Correctional Complex, is seeking a Corrections Fleet Supervisor to manage the on-site fleet program within CDOC Fleet Services. You will coordinate a large vehicle fleet, oversee an inmate crew, and ensure maintenance operations run smoothly while enforcing safety rules and agency regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Canon Prison Complex fleet operations for 250–500 vehicles.
• Track inventory and prepare service documentation for maintenance.
• Support maintenance operations and repairs as needed.
• Supervise an inmate work crew for vehicle washing and facility upkeep.
• Use CARS to identify service needs, issue tickets, and order parts.
• Coordinate vehicle sign-out procedures and provide call center support.
• Assist Shop Foreman and perform vehicle repairs when required.
• Inspect completed detailing and vehicle washes to ensure quality standards.
