Job summary

The Carlisle Group is seeking a Fleet Manager for its Mechanicsburg, PA corporate office. You will oversee a fleet exceeding 1,000 vehicles, drive forecasting, procurement, and lifecycle optimization, and partner across operations to support rapid growth.

Candidates should have 5+ years in fleet oversight, strong vendor management and data analytics skills, and be able to travel up to 20%. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; proven experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of fleet strategy, lifecycle management, or equivalent.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with telematics platforms (Geotab, Samsara) is a plus.
• willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fleet forecasting models to size the fleet effectively.
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with leasing providers and vendors.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities across leasing, maintenance, fuel, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee fleet lifecycle from acquisition to decommissioning and branding/upfitting.
• Centralize fleet data via telematics and maintenance systems; build dashboards and KPIs.
• Partner with safety, risk, and compliance teams to ensure DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, leadership) to align fleet strategy with growth.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to fleet team.
