  • Identify recurring issues within the fleet and recommend practical solutions to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
  • Assist with scheduling maintenance and repairs to maximize fleet availability.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, and company policies.
  • Monitor parts inventory and communicate needs to management to ensure timely repairs.
  • Provide clear updates on fleet status and raise any concerns to management as needed.
