Job summary

Matrix'' client in the automotive sector is seeking a Fleet Services contractor to support CSI/DSI and manage fleet accounts on-site in Fort Mill, SC. You will serve as the primary contact for dealers and customers, handling account modifications, tax documents, and title work.

The role requires 1+ years in remarketing and 2+ years in customer service, with 3-5 years of overall experience, and a High School Diploma (BA/BS preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• 3-5 years of overall work experience.
• Experience in collections, compliance, customer service, and remarketing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service to Fleet customers and dealers while building relationships for CSI/DSI.
• Provide a single point of contact for inquiries from customers, dealers, Sales and internal partners.
• Minimize legal and financial risk through compliance and processing excellence.
• Handle client services and remarketing at a high level of complexity.
• Prepare legal documents for account modifications and audit for completeness.
• Respond to inquiries via mail, email, cases, and phone; provide account updates.
• Coordinate tax-related documents with the Office of Tax Affairs and tax exemptions.
• Review unapplied payments and coordinate title release with the ART department.
• Manage maturing leases and discuss end-of-lease options with customers.
