Naturescape is seeking a Vehicle Fleet & Small Engine Mechanic in Burnsville, MN to maintain and repair our fleet across 41 locations. You’ll handle routine maintenance, diagnostics, and safety inspections on both small engines and automotive vehicles, with a focus on uptime and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Basic understanding of automotive and small engine mechanics (brakes, engines, and diagnostics).
• Provide your own standard set of tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain uptime of a high-volume fleet across 41 locations with a mix of small engines and automotive vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance, engine diagnostics, brake repairs, and annual safety inspections.
• Log repairs using our asset management software on a tablet for inventory tracking and service requests.
• Collaborate with a Fleet Manager and teammates to solve problems and share knowledge while keeping the shop clean and productive.
