Job summary

Naturescape in Menomonee Falls, WI, is hiring a Vehicle Fleet & Small Engine Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet and a wide range of small-engine equipment. The role includes routine maintenance, diagnostics, and safety inspections for equipment and vehicles across 41 locations.

You will use a tablet with our asset management software to log repairs, manage inventory, and track service requests. We expect teamwork, learning by doing, and pride in a clean, productive workspace.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of automotive and small engine mechanics (brakes, engines, and diagnostics).
• Provide your own standard set of tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a high-volume fleet across multiple locations.
• Perform routine maintenance, engine diagnostics, brake repairs and safety inspections.
• Log repairs and inventory using a tablet-based asset management system.
