Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a full-time 1st shift Fleet Shop Manager in Illinois. The role leads an in-house technician team, manages maintenance operations, and drives data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
High School Diploma/ GED or Technical School Certification with 8+ years of specific experience and 4+ years of leadership experience.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record compliant with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead in-house Technicians to ensure safety, performance, regulatory compliance, and cost control.
Oversee maintenance operations including repair quality, inventory, budgeting, and data accuracy.
Use AssetWorks to manage fleet assets, scheduling, and data analysis for asset lifespan.
Generate KPI dashboards in PowerBI to monitor facility trends and drive improvements.
Manage fleet maintenance budget and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
Guide repair and preventative maintenance to meet high quality and safety standards.
