A&H Logicorp, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Fleet & Shop Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of both our fleet and in-house maintenance shop. This is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and equipment reliability across our trucking operation.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of driver operations, including dispatch coordination, safety, and compliance, while also supervising the maintenance team to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and preventative maintenance for our fleet of trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all company drivers.

• Oversee driver scheduling, dispatching, and coordination to maximize fleet utilization and efficiency.

• Monitor and enforce DOT, FMCSA, and HOS compliance standards.

• Manage in-house shop operations, including mechanics, preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, and safety protocols.

• Maintain accurate records for fleet maintenance, inspections, and regulatory compliance.

• Control repair costs, manage parts inventory, and develop relationships with vendors and service providers.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide leadership to both drivers and shop personnel.

• Collaborate with company leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that drive safety, cost-efficiency, and reliability.

• Respond to driver and equipment incidents, accidents, and emergencies promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in fleet management, shop/maintenance management, or a combined operational leadership role within the transportation industry.

• Strong working knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and HOS regulations.

• Technical expertise in diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy-duty equipment maintenance.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills across diverse functional teams (drivers and mechanics).

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency with fleet management and maintenance tracking systems is preferred.
