Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Services Supervisor to lead daily shop operations, supervise mechanics, and ensure maintenance compliance with FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, and company policies. The role requires coordinating with EHS and transportation risk teams while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least one year of management experience.
Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, diagnostic systems, FMCSA and DOT requirements, inspection programs, maintenance records, OSHA requirements, and environmental compliance.

Aufgaben

Oversee daily Fleet Services operations.
Supervise and assign work to Lead Mechanics and parts staff.
Monitor productivity, preventive maintenance adherence, and maintenance expenditures.
Coordinate with EHS, OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA to ensure compliance.
Lead safety briefings, fleet walks, and operational reviews.
Coach and develop shop personnel and provide technical guidance.
