Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation is seeking a Supervisor of Vehicle Maintenance to lead a fleet of 14,000+ vehicles and garages across multiple sites in Florida. This onsite role requires strong leadership, safety adherence, and data-driven decision making to improve maintenance efficiency and equipment availability.

You will manage field operations, develop technicians, and ensure compliance with DOT, ANSI, and environmental standards while delivering exceptional customer service during storm

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience managing a remote team across regions.
• Ability to use data to drive business decisions.
• Must reside within one hour of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Manage garage operations to ensure timely, safe maintenance work.
• Foster a strong safety culture and provide safety training.
• Monitor garage expenditures to support budgets and incentives.
• Ensure 24/7 staffing coverage and support storm restoration activities.
• Lead recruitment and development of technicians and training programs.
• Maintain records and coordinate with Fleet GO staff on improvements.
