Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Fleet Services Automotive Technician to join our energized fleet maintenance team. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and inspections on company vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability.

Required: high school diploma and at least 1 year of vehicle maintenance experience; must have your own tools and a valid driver's license. We offer competitive hourly pay and a rich benefits package, including medical, dental & vision, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

The Hertz Fleet Services Automotive Technician role is the second level within the Hertz Corporation for our Fleet Services team. In this role you will be performing preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and inspection.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Professional Experience:

• At minimum one (1) years of vehicle maintenance experience.
• Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional).

Knowledge:

• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight.
• Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools.

Additional Notes :

• Must have tools to perform necessary repairs.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
