Job summary

Hertz Las Vegas is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our maintenance team. You will perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and inspections to keep our fleet safe and ready.

This role offers an hourly rate of $18.75 plus a monthly incentive (~$553), with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, and employee discounts. High school diploma preferred; ASE certifications required.

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Professional Experience

• At minimum one (1) years of vehicle maintenance experience
• Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional)
• Minimum two (2) ASE certifications required

Knowledge

• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight
• Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools
