Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is essential.
• Post-secondary diploma or trades certification preferred.
• Heavy duty truck/equipment technical knowledge required.
• Three years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports.
• Strong leadership and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
• Maintain good customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Monitor performance with reports and surveys.
• Prepare annual operating budget for Lease & Rental fleet.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and warranty procedures.
• Oversee repairs, estimates, and cost controls.
• Lead and train service staff; conduct weekly meetings.
• Maintain service records and 24-hour customer follow-up.
