Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Class 8 technician in a dealership or truck facility.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair work per repair order to factory standards (engine overhaul, fuel systems, electrical, transmissions, brakes, cooling systems, chassis).
• Diagnoses customer truck performance complaints and performs repairs.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Inspects vehicle to determine additional safety or service needs.
• Documents work performed on the repair order.
