Job summary

Allegiance Trucks in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a seasoned Service Manager to lead our service department for a fleet of commercial trucks. You will focus on maximizing uptime, controlling maintenance costs, and building strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities include overseeing technicians and admin staff, managing warranty processes, preparing annual plans and budgets, and driving shop productivity while maintaining safety and compliance with CFR rules.

Qualifications

• Must have track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant automotive/trucking management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the service department for a fleet of commercial trucks.
• Maximize vehicle uptime and minimize maintenance costs.
• Oversee diesel technicians and administrative staff; manage warranty processes.
• Develop relationships with vendors and customers; assist in annual business planning and budgeting.
• Ensure safety/compliance with CFR regulations; monitor CSA scores and maintain maintenance documentation.
