Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years automotive maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Current PA State Inspection License.
• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Med Card).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily fleet shop operations, including supervision of the Fleet Service Technician.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and emergency roadside service for fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair gas and diesel vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Conduct Pennsylvania state vehicle inspections and ensure fleet compliance.
• Manage fleet maintenance records and vehicle-related data in fleet management systems.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing of fleet parts, materials, and supplies.
• Train drivers and fleet personnel on vehicle care, safe operation, and reporting procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet processes, efficiency, and overall performance.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled fleet professional to gain a comprehensive understanding of our fleet operations while contributing immediately as a hands-on leader.This role combines technical expertise, fleet management, compliance oversight, and leadership responsibilities.
