What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the fleet area
- Manage assigned revenue and unit goals effectively
- Research and identify potential clients using various online resources
- Train clients on product options both in-person and virtually
- Maintain accurate client activity records in the CRM system, Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or High School Diploma with five (5) years of fleet sales experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of outside or field sales experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug screening

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce and MRP/ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite/Rootstock, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and high energy level
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
