Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a Manager Fleet Safety & Regulatory Compliance to lead the company’s fleet safety, driver compliance, and regulatory programs. You will develop and implement safety policies, maintain records, and drive audits to ensure FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, and state compliance across our Nevada-based fleet.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience with HOS, DVIR, ELD, and drug/alcohol programs, and the ability to analyze safety data to improve performance and reduce

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in fleet safety, regulatory compliance, or commercial fleet operations.
• Extensive knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience managing regulatory compliance programs including CARB and other state/federal requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and telematics platforms like Samsara.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage fleet safety policies and regulatory programs.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT/OSHA/CARB and state regulations.
• Maintain Driver Qualification Files per 49 CFR Part 391 and related records.
• Administer the DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program across all processes.
• Oversee Samsara Platform for HOS, ELD, GPS, DVIR, and safety analytics.
• Lead regulatory audits/inspections and CAPA actions.
• Monitor FMCSA SMS/CSA performance and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and safety education for drivers.
