Job summary

Jensen Precast in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead the fleet maintenance team across multiple Nevada locations. You will ensure heavy equipment is available, safe, and compliant with DOT regulations while overseeing the preventive maintenance program.

You will collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and plant leadership to keep Jensen products moving on schedule. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in fleet maintenance with supervisory experience and ASE and CDL

Qualifications

Fleet maintenance experience including DOT requirements, diesel engines, and trailer maintenance.
Experience with brakes, cranes, hydraulics.
ASE Certification and CDL.
At least four years of on-the-job experience, including supervisory experience.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Directing activities related to the fleet maintenance department.
Planning and preparing work schedules.
Ensuring safety procedures are followed and tasks completed on time.
Maintaining files on forklifts, trucks, and trailers including repairs and costs.
Ensuring trucks and trailers are DOT compliant.
Scheduling ongoing preventive maintenance per company and regulatory guidelines.
Providing guidance and training to fleet maintenance staff.
