Qualifications

• Requires safety training delivery experience and DOT/CSA awareness.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new driver safety orientation and post-accident testing.
• Leads accident reviews and driver counseling.
• Implements SMITH System training and remedial road tests per DOT guidelines.
• Builds relationships with drivers and maintenance teams via regular safety meetings.
• Performs daily equipment checks and ensures proper reporting.
