Job summary

Climate Pros is seeking a knowledgeable Fleet Safety Lead to oversee safety for about 1,500 company vehicles nationwide. You will develop and sustain a best-in-class fleet safety program, lead driver training, coach field staff, and analyze telematics to reduce incidents.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to influence leaders across locations, with travel to branches and customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of fleet safety experience.
• Experience leading training and coaching across dispersed locations.
• Knowledge of defensive driving principles and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the fleet safety strategy across ~1,500 vehicles.
• Develop policies, onboarding, and refresher training programs.
• Evaluate risks using telematics and implement preventative actions.
• Lead investigations and deliver driver training nationwide.
• Provide coaching on defensive driving and safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous safety improvements.
