Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Branch Operation Supervisor to assist the Branch Operation Manager in directing daily driver route assignments, ensuring DOT and CDL compliance, and maintaining service levels for customers.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate fleet maintenance, and train staff while upholding safety, professional image, and accurate paperwork; weekend/on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Transportation industry experience.
• Auto maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily driver route assignments and ensure DOT compliance.
• Monitor and provide feedback on technician performance and fleet operations.
• Coordinate with the BOM and fleet maintenance to ensure optimal service.
• Maintain professional appearance of the fleet and equipment; ensure uniformity.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and reports.
