You will lead watch duties, coordinate crew, and maintain logs and reports, while upholding safety and environmental standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills, plus USCG credentials with a towing endorsement and TWIC. Pre-employment drug testing and DOT requirements apply.

• Train, drill, and conduct exercises with the crew.
• Maintain vessel safety equipment and environmental policies.
• Organize vessel audits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Communicate with crew, land-based personnel, and authorities.
