Job summary

GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking a Fleet Services Operations Specialist for our Kentucky Yard. This role handles receiving, inspecting, cleaning, and redeploying trucks and equipment, working in rugged outdoor conditions and coordinating with fleet, logistics, and mechanics to ensure timely readiness.

You will operate forklifts and skid steers, maintain documentation in B2W, Excel, and Outlook, and support daily yard operations with safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and work order systems.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to operate heavy equipment.
• Strong time management in outdoor, fast-paced settings.
• Ability to work independently outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document returned vehicles; inspect and coordinate with Fleet teams.
• Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and skid steers to move equipment.
• Clean and prepare trucks to meet readiness standards.
• Verify registrations and maintenance records using B2W, Excel, Outlook.
• Assist mechanics with light maintenance to support uptime.
• Communicate readiness status to teams and supervisors.
• Participate in daily yard operations and safety-focused work.
