Job summary

GeoStabilization International (GSI) in Kentucky is seeking a Fleet Services Operations Specialist to support the operational readiness of fleet assets. This role handles receiving, inspecting, cleaning, and preparing trucks and equipment for deployment in rugged outdoor conditions, coordinating with logistics, mechanics, and fleet teams to ensure timely redeployment and job-readiness.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic proficiency in Excel and Outlook, be able to lift up

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and work order systems.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
Ability to operate heavy material handling equipment.
Strong time management and task follow-through in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

Receive and document returned vehicles and equipment; conduct inspections and coordinate findings with Fleet and Equipment teams.
Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and skid steers to move equipment safely in the yard.
Clean and prepare trucks and equipment for redeployment.
Verify and update registrations and maintenance records using B2W, Excel, and Outlook.
Assist mechanics with light maintenance tasks and preventive repairs.
Communicate equipment readiness status to relevant teams and supervisors.
Participate in daily yard operations and support a safety-focused work environment.
