Job summary

Last Stop Garage is seeking a Fleet Support Associate to ensure Sally fleet vehicles are ready, safe, clean, and available for customer use. You’ll handle day-to-day fleet logistics, transport vehicles between locations, and coordinate fueling, cleaning, and readiness checks.

The role emphasizes rapid issue resolution, accurate logging, and collaboration with operations and compliance teams to minimize downtime and keep the fleet moving.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years with a valid US state DMV driver’s license.
• Strong driving skills with careful/made-to-measure control.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot vehicle issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Basic computer proficiency for internal systems and logs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for on-site customer inquiries and route appropriately.
• Perform vehicle readiness checks and offboarding through internal systems.
• Transport vehicles to fueling, cleaning, staging, and maintenance facilities.
• Execute vehicle recoveries as needed.
• Support real-time logistical problem solving to keep vehicles available and operational.
• Maintain logs of vehicle movement, inspections, and compliance.
