Qualifications

• Experience in car rental, asset control or logistics preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook is desirable.
• Ability to navigate GPS mapping applications and follow directions.
• Strong communication and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections and registrations to make vehicles rental/sale ready.
• Review site vehicle status and resolve coding or inventory issues.
• Organize vehicle staging on lot and monitor aging per reports.
• Coordinate transportation and car haulers for non-revenue moves.
• Perform administrative tasks like data entry and report viewing.
