Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Virginia Beach is seeking an MSO Processor to ensure MSO paperwork is processed timely, respond to calls and emails, and provide research and documentation needed.

The MSO Processor is responsible for ensuring all Avis Budget Group MSO paperwork is processed timely and accurately. Respond to incoming calls and e-mails promptly, providing all necessary research and documentation needed.

What You'll Do:

• Process MSOs, by keying in VRU etc.
• Conduct plate checks
• Send and reply to emails.
• Shipping Physical Titles
• Attend meetings to discuss processes and ways to improve productivity

What We’re Looking For:

• Punctual and reliable
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Detail oriented
• Able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
• Ability to work within different computer programs simultaneously.
• Can follow multi-step directions
• High School degree/GED required
• 3-5 years data entry experience, customer service skills required.
• Must be PC literate (MS office/Excel)
• Excellent data entry skills, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Good analytical skills and some macro knowledge are preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

The hourly starting salary for this position is $18.50 hourly. This position is also eligible for up to 5% bonus opportunities. [long-term incentive compensation awards].
