Beaudry Oil & Propane in Elk River, MN is seeking a Fleet Parts Specialist – Mechanic to manage parts for the fleet, source parts, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will work with maintenance technicians, drivers, and vendors to ensure parts are available for scheduled maintenance and repairs.

The role requires knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts for trucks and related equipment, plus OSHA and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automotive, truck, fleet parts or inventory.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift operation ability with training provided.

Responsabilités

• Identify and source parts for fleet vehicles.
• Research parts using VINs, catalogs, and vendor data.
• Place orders and monitor deliveries.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory levels.
• Coordinate with fleet maintenance and vendors.
• Process returns, warranties, and damaged parts.
