Valley Truck Centers seeks an experienced Parts Person to source, stock and issue parts for our truck rental and leasing fleet. You will coordinate with technicians and suppliers to keep vehicles available and minimize downtime.

The role requires strong inventory controls, good vendor relationships, and accuracy in receiving, labeling, and recording parts transactions. Experience with commercial truck parts and fleet maintenance is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in service or parts coordination, ideally in automotive/truck industry.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and coordinate logistics in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience delivering strong customer service and responding to inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory of heavy- and medium-duty truck parts and supplies.
• Receive, inspect, label, stock, and issue parts to technicians.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Source and purchase parts from approved suppliers; verify pricing and delivery.
• Track parts usage by fleet unit and support maintenance as needed.
