Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in the United States is seeking a Commercial Specialist to assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries, while managing store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks. You will conduct account stocking visits, Pro Sales flyer drops, and outbound touches to strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities include handling customer deliveries, organizing backroom areas, staying current with inventory, and upselling products to raise average transaction

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or logistics coordination preferred.
• Strong selling skills for commercial customers.
• Basic inventory management and store operations knowledge.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatched for delivery.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general vehicle readiness.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints.
• Perform customer deliveries as needed, following standard driver procedures.
• Lead the organization and maintenance in and around the parts department / backroom, staging, and delivery areas.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Lead commercial program when the CPP is not present
