Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, dispatch, or trucking operations.
• Strong understanding of trucking and fleet operations.
• Proven ability to manage and communicate effectively with drivers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced transportation environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet and driver operations
• Coordinate driver schedules, dispatch, and equipment availability
• Maximize truck and trailer utilization while reducing downtime and empty miles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with company drivers and owner-operators
• Proactively resolve service, driver, and operational issues
• Monitor driver performance and service expectations
• Work closely with sales and operations to align available capacity with customer needs
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency, processes, and profitability
• Help support the continued growth and development of our fleet
