Job summary

Linden Atlantic Solutions in San Antonio, TX seeks a Transportation Supervisor for a full-time role. You will oversee daily transportation operations, coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff, and ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include route planning, monitoring vehicle maintenance, tracking KPIs such as on-time delivery and fuel efficiency, and maintaining records to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior supervisory/managerial experience in transportation or logistics preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation operations and ensure vehicles are in safe working condition.
• Schedule and assign routes to drivers considering delivery deadlines and vehicle capacity.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading/unloading.
• Track and report KPIs such as on-time delivery and fuel efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve issues during transportation operations.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work with dispatch team for smooth communication between drivers and warehouse staff.
