The role involves leading drivers, scheduling routes, and monitoring performance to keep our transportation network safe and efficient. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years in transportation or logistics, and a valid CDL, with strong communication skills and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of fleet management experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure vehicles are maintained and roadworthy.
• Manage and schedule routes for drivers to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency.
• Monitor and track fleet performance, including vehicle location and fuel consumption.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with customers and other departments to resolve issues or concerns.
• Train and mentor new drivers to meet company standards.
• Maintain records of fleet activities and generate reports as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency.
