Job summary

Centene is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee Fidelis Care NY vehicle fleets, coordinate driver schedules, and partner with Marketing to support events. You will manage maintenance, inventory, and ensure on-time performance across Upstate NY, including Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse and Albany.

You will lead drivers, optimize travel itineraries, and handle vehicle upkeep with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• 2–5 years related fleet management experience.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience driving commercial vehicles and transporting passengers.
• Proficient in MS Office, Lotus Notes, and PeopleSoft time keeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet drivers across Upstate New York (Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Albany).
• Maintain vehicles, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety and readiness.
• Plan travel schedules and coordinate with Marketing events.
• Manage inventory of Fidelis Care branded materials and office supplies.
