Job summary

Centene Corp. seeks a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee Fidelis Care New York vehicle operations. You will lead drivers, coordinate schedules, and ensure RV fleet readiness for travel and events across Upstate NY.

Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance oversight, inventory management, and collaboration with Marketing to ensure timely, well-organized itineraries. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree required; BA/BS preferred.
• Two to five years related experience required.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees fleet drivers across Upstate New York and ensures RVs are properly maintained.
• Coordinates driver schedules and arrivals with Marketing events.
• Maintains vehicles, troubleshoots routine malfunctions, and ensures safety and cleanliness.
• Plans travel schedules to minimize delays and ensure successful itineraries.
• Manages inventory levels of Fidelis branded materials and reorders as needed.
