Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maintain a valid Tennessee Class B CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements.
• Five years of CDL driving experience required.
• Experience teaching or training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the district’s fleet and fuel management programs.
• Provide driver training and continuing education for drivers.
• Oversee fleet procurement, preventive maintenance scheduling, and asset tracking.
• Monitor fuel usage, inventory, and contracts; implement cost controls.
• Develop and enforce fleet safety standards and maintenance programs.
• Prepare reports analyzing operations, safety, and costs.
