Responsibilities

Maintain real-time communication between drivers, customers, CSRs and Load Planners to meet schedules.
Manage drivers and capacity by maintaining seated trucks and driver availability.
Implement solutions to adapt schedules and assets to delivery requirements.
Ensure DOT hours of service compliance in driver schedules.
Coordinate with HR and Safety on policies and personnel issues.
Solicit and book appropriate freight to meet capacity needs.
Prepare pass-down status reports and trip audits.
