Cogent Talent Solutions is representing a premier utility company seeking a Lead Fleet Mechanic to oversee maintenance of a diverse fleet, including diesel engines, in Schwenksville, PA. You will ensure preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and readiness for emergency response and power restoration operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fleet maintenance, CDL preferred, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certifications in commercial fleet maintenance and 5+ years of fleet maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules, diesel/heavy vehicle maintenance, diagnosis, repair, and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet according to preventative maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Support emergency response maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure asset availability for projects and emergency responses.
