Job summary

Revel Group, based in Knoxville, seeks a Director of Rides & Attractions Maintenance to lead maintenance for its rides and attractions, including two mountain coasters, a lift system, and ziplines. You will manage a team of managers, set standards, and align with operations, safety, and engineering to keep attractions safe, reliable, and ready for seasonal demand.

The role oversees budgets, capital planning, and future expansion projects, with a focus on regulatory compliance, asset longevity,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in maintenance, engineering, rides or industrial environments.
• 5+ years leading complex maintenance teams or operations.
• Experience in theme parks, resorts or regulated settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and preventive maintenance.
• Experience managing budgets, capital projects, vendors, and equipment purchases.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead multiple teams in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all rides and attractions maintenance operations across Revel Group.
• Lead and develop the Coaster, Lift, and Adventure Maintenance Managers and teams.
• Establish preventive maintenance, inspection, safety, and asset-management programs.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI, ASTM, NEC, OSHA, manufacturer and local standards.
• Oversee budgets, capital expenditures, major repairs, and vendor relations.
• Develop long-term maintenance and capital improvement plans to maximize safety and reliability.
• Collaborate across Maintenance, Construction, Development, Operations and Leadership on new rides and expansions.
